Dr. Christian L. Glossner is Managing Partner. He has more than ten years of experience in business development and human capital management consulting. He is founder and investor of various ventures for which he received the UK KickStart Award and became a finalist in the INTEL Challenge in 2010. Beyond, he acts as a business angel for innovative and entrepreneurial start-ups; in this capacity, he is also member of the ISIS Angel Network of the University of Oxford and Chairman of the European Business Circle (EuBC). He lectures Political Economy at the University of Oxford and is the author of various text books. His most prominent publication is The Making of the German Post-War Economy (IBTauris, 2010/2012). Previously, he held a Europaeum Research Fellowship at the Institut Universitaire de Hautes √Čtudes Internationales (HEI) in Geneva and worked for various management consultancies, industrial corporations and public sector institutions, including the Directorate General for Economic and Financial Affairs (ECFIN) of the European Commission in Brussels. He studied economics and finance at the London Business School (LBS) and the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and graduated from the University of Fribourg as well as the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and received his D.Phil. from the University of Oxford. Recently, he was nominated as Ambassador of the IdeaLab Founders' Conference at the WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and awarded as Responsible Leader and member of the Impact Circle by the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt.

Dr. Annika Auer is Associate Partner for Recruiting and Outplacement. She has more than ten years experience in human capital and strategy consulting, inter alia with McKinsey & Co. Annika studied at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University (LMU) in Munich and New York University (NYU).

Dr. Markus Schneider is Associate Partner for Recruiting Consulting. He has over fifteen years of experience in corporate finance and recruitment in the financial service industry, in particular in Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Corporate Finance and Risk Management. He worked for private and investment banks, global asset managers as well as specialist investment boutiques and insurance companies. Markus graduated in economics and sociology and holds a PhD from the University of Dortmund.

Javier Cuadriello is Advisor for Recruiting Consulting. He has over fourteen years of Management Consulting experience with Deloitte, Ernst&Young and KPMG. Javier has led multiple M&A, transformation and compliance related engagements across Europe, the US and Latin America. He has also been closely involved in the selection and interviewing processes for these companies. Previously, Javier performed research on satellite propulsion systems at Yale University and worked as an engineer for the the Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore designing new components for the Hubble Space telescope. Javier holds a M.Eng. in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College in London where he specialised in Computational Fluid Dynamics and a M.Sc. in Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
