For our client, a well renowned international bank situated in the heart of Zurich/Switzerland, we are seeking to recruit an Assistant to expand our client's UK desk. The bank services include asset management, investment advisory, brokerage and a full array of banking services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Servicing of client accounts and performing all administrative tasks respectively
- Booking orders and following up on all executions
- Organising and planning client meetings
- Support the Relationship Managers with their travel arrangements and maintaining their agenda
- Dealing promptly and efficiently with all client queries
Requirements:
- Candidate must have a Bachelors degree or an equivalent education related to banking
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in private banking
- Candidate must be fluent in English and German; any other language would be an asset
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) knowledge of Bloomberg or Reuters would be an asset
- Candidates must be responsible and organised and should be able to work independently with a high level of motivation
