Dr Christian L. Glossner is Managing Partner. He has more than ten years of experience in recruitment and human resources development. Currently, he is also the Chairman of the European Business Circle (EuBC), Assistant Lecturer at the University of Oxford and Visiting Lecturer at the University of Fribourg. He published widely in both Human Resources Management and Economic Theory. His most recent publication is The Making of the German Post-War Economy (IBTauris, 2010). Previously, Christian held a Europaeum Research Fellowship at the Institut Universitaire de Hautes Études Internationales (HEI) in Geneva and worked for various management consultancies, industrial corporations and public sector institutions. He is a graduate from the University of Fribourg as well as the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and received his D.Phil. from the University of Oxford.
Dr Rolf Behrens is Partner heading the Business Division Financial Services. He has nearly twenty years of experience in recruitment at senior executive and specialist levels in the financial industry. He has extensive specialist knowledge in Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Structured Finance and Risk Management and has successfully carried out more than 500 mandates. He worked for private banks, investment banks, global asset managers as well as specialist investment boutiques, insurance companies and multinational industrials. Rolf is currently based in Frankfurt but concentrates a good part of his time on client assignments across the European region and the Middle East. Rolf holds a university degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Bielefeld and received his doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.) from the University of Dortmund.
Dr Stefanie Branescu is Partner for Training and Consulting. Previously, Stefanie spent five years with McKinsey & Co. as consultant focussing on Management and Human Capital Consulting. In her capacity, she was responsible for company-internal career trainings and conceptually designed, organised and conducted international conferences for over 550 participants in ten countries. Moreover, Stefanie lectured at various educational institutions, amongst others, at the Catholic University of Eichstätt/Ingolstadt where she received her doctorate (PhD) on the Strategic Planning of Electronic Customer Relationship Management.
Christine Rosemann is Partner for Career Consulting and Coaching. She has more than ten years of intensive experience in Human Resources Management and held several specialist and leadership positions for various well-known international companies in Germany and abroad. Since 2003 Christine has been working as an independent consultant – for individuals as well as businesses – and in 2007 she founded CR|C. Besides career consulting and coaching for individuals she also focuses her practice on personnel management consulting, recruiting and personnel planning, as well as employee development for businesses. Christine holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne.
Heidi Niederberger is Partner for Recruiting Consulting. She has more than twenty years of intensive experience in Recruiting and Human Resources Management. Previously she worked as Human Resources Business Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Bank Hofmann (Clariden Leu) as well as HR generalist for various well-known companies in Switzerland. Heidi holds a federal diploma as "Personalfachfrau".
